Guide for One Day in Jaipur
Best Time to Visit Jaipur
We visited Jaipur in November last year, and it was an experience that can’t be justified in words. The beauty of Jaipur can be experienced between November to March, as the weather in these months is suitable for a comfortable trip. The weather in these months can range between 8 degrees Celsius during nights to 32 degrees Celsius during the day.
If you plan your visit after these months, we must warn you about the Jaipur Summers that are extremely hot, and sightseeing isn’t very joyful in these months.
During this time, the weather in Jaipur is just right for exploring its rich history, lively culture, and old landmarks. The winter months give you a chance to see places like the Amber Fort, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal without it being too hot. Plus, there are fun festivals like Diwali and the Kite Festival happening around this time, making your visit even more exciting.
Oh, before we forget, we also were lucky enough to see the Diwali festival in Jaipur. It was like we were totally in a different place, all people in full mood of the festival, the markets were all decorated and filled with Diwali crackers and other items. It was a great experience and we would highly suggest you get the same experience.
Ways to Reach Jaipur
It’s as easy as buying milk in a convenience store to reach Jaipur. You can choose to go by air, by road, or by train.
You have Jaipur International Airport, which is connected to the major Indian cities. Whether you live in Kerala or Assam, it will be easy breezy for you to reach here.
Oh, if you are a fan of those long relaxing train journeys, then you won’t be disappointed, as Jaipur Railway Station is really well established and you can come here by train from any part of India.
We know not everyone is fond of road journeys, but there are those cool people who choose buses or cars over anything for that adventurous road journey. And for those, yes, Jaipur is easily accessible by road. You can come here by your cars or can hire cabs as Jaipur is connected with well-maintained highways.
